The Forge

From billet to bench

Each piece passes through the same disciplined sequence, the order is the process. Nothing is shortcut for volume.

01 — Layer

Billet Stacking

Alternating high and low carbon steel layers are stacked and forge-welded into a single billet.

02 — Fold

Repeated Folding

The billet is drawn out and folded repeatedly, building the pattern layer by layer under the hammer.

03 — Shape

Hand Forging

Every blank is hand-hammered to final form. No two pieces share an identical grain.

04 — Finish

Etch & Temper

Heat treatment sets hardness, then acid etching reveals the finished Damascus pattern.
