ER IMPEX makes Damascus and Timascus billets, spoons, forks, rings, and fully custom pieces at our workshop in Wazirabad. We take orders from single pieces to bulk, for individual buyers and distributors alike.
Each piece passes through the same disciplined sequence, the order is the process. Nothing is shortcut for volume.
Alternating high and low carbon steel layers are stacked and forge-welded into a single billet.
The billet is drawn out and folded repeatedly, building the pattern layer by layer under the hammer.
Every blank is hand-hammered to final form. No two pieces share an identical grain.
Heat treatment sets hardness, then acid etching reveals the finished Damascus pattern.
Billets, tableware, and finished pieces, all hand forged at our workshop. If you don't see what you need, we can forge it to your design.
